LINENS:
- SILVER PACKAGE - Includes ALL bed linens, one bath set (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth) per occupancy, 1 kitchen towel set, & bath mats per full bathroom. Complimentary for ALL 7-night minimum reservations from January 1 to May 31, 2024 and November 2 to December 31, 2024.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Mid-June to Mid-August: 7-night minimum stays, Saturday to Saturday Check-in/out only
- Accessibility: 2 Floors with Private Elevator (Ground to Top Floor)
- Parking: 3-4 Parking Spaces in front of the home and in car port
- Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
- Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details.
- Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.
