Shipwatch Villas 1209 - Mo's World

Amazing ocean views await at this beautifully decorated oceanfront condo in North Topsail Beach! Located within the Shipwatch Villas community, a resort that offers guests many great amenities such as an oceanfront community pool, beach access, elevator access, horseshoe pits, and grilling areas. (The pool is open approximately Memorial Day to Labor Day, subject to HOA's discretion.)

Upon entry into Shipwatch Villas 1209, you will find an open and inviting coastal floor plan. The fully equipped kitchen located to your left provides everything you need to prepare home cooked meals during your stay. Continue past the kitchen and dining area and you will find the oceanview living room, providing comfortable seating, direct oceanside balcony access, and a television for entertainment when you need a break from the beach.

Off the dining room, the oceanview master bedroom suite with private bathroom awaits! Enjoy amazing views while laying on the queen-sized bed, catch up on your favorite TV shows, or lounge outside on the direct oceanside balcony. The laundry closet is conveniently located in the hallway between the two bedrooms. Continue down the hall and you will find a full bathroom next to the second bedroom. The second bedroom provides a queen bed and a double over double bunkbed.

No Pets, per HOA regulations (no pet contract required). No Smoking in house or on decks. No parties or events on premises. No grilling within 6 feet of any structure or boardwalk, per HOA regulations. Only 2 parking passes and 1 pool fob are provided for this property.

The community beach access is located at the middle of the building near the condos closest to the beach.

Little Free Library is now located at the North Topsail Beach Park next to the Pavilion and in front of the playground. The library houses gently used books in case of bad weather (or a bad sunburn) or when you just want to stay inside and read. Feel free to take a book or two and return them when you are finished or, better yet, return a book you read that you are willing to share with others on the island. Books are of all genres welcome, including children’s books. Books are changed out weekly. Happy reading! 

Don’t forget your linens! Unless otherwise indicated, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience.

Please note, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).

Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.

Don’t Throw it Away - We all buy more than we need when welcome to the beach for vacation too much cereal, too many cookies and chips, and the list goes on.  If you do not want to take it home or don’t have room to take it home, donate it to Share the Table, a food pantry in Surf City dedicated to helping food insufficient families in our community. All unopened items are needed and greatly appreciated. There is a crate labeled “Share the Table” in the entryway to the Shipwatch Villas office area.  Place any items you have for donation in the crate, and they will be delivered to Share the Table for distribution to families. Thank you in advance.

Beach Nourishment: Beach nourishment projects help preserve and protect Topsail Island’s shoreline. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. For the latest updates, we recommend checking the town websites for Topsail Beach, Surf City, or North Topsail Beach. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about potential beach impacts during your stay.
