Topsail Reef 181 - BLDG 8

Welcome to “Topsail Reef 181” located within the oceanside Topsail Reef community! Topsail Reef 181 is a comfortable two bedroom and two bathroom oceanview condo that sleeps up to six guests. The Topsail Reef community boasts gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as two community laundry sites and two community grilling gazebos for easy access to all building guests.

Upon entry into the condo, you will find the fully equipped kitchen to the left and the living room to the right. The living room offers comfortable seating, television, and access to an oceanview balcony.

Past the living area, you will find the guest bedroom to the left of the hallway. The guest bedroom offers a Queen bed and a Double sized futon for additional sleeping arrangements. A full shared bathroom is located in the hallway next to the guest bedroom. On the right of the hallway is the master bedroom which features a Queen bed and access to the oceanview balcony. The master bedroom also offers a private full bathroom.

Only 2 parking passes are provided for this property.

Beach Nourishment: Beach nourishment projects help preserve and protect Topsail Island’s shoreline. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. For the latest updates, we recommend checking the town websites for Topsail Beach, Surf City, or North Topsail Beach. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about potential beach impacts during your stay.

Don’t forget your linens! Unless otherwise indicated, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience.

Please note, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).

Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.
