GROUND LEVEL: Parking for 3 cars only. outside shower, fish cleaning table and park grill. Exterior stairs lead to Level 1.
LEVEL 1: Entry into hallway with W/D closet. Located at the end of the hall to your left is a shared full bath with shower and to the right of that is a Queen bedroom with TV. Follow the hall to the right of the bedroom and on your left is a shared full bath and a Queen bedroom. On your right you will find a Queen bedroom and a Bunk bedroom and screened porch with ocean views. When you enter to the left of hall is stairs to second level.
LEVEL 2: Enter into spacious Family room with TV and DVD player, ceiling fans and skylights. To left of living area is Kitchen with MW, DW and bar seating for 6. Through kitchen is dining area with seating for 10. Upper level has full bath. Through dining area are 3 sliding glass doors with access to open deck with ocean views.
