Plenty of windows let in natural light and awe inspiring views (please note due to mother nature and the shifting sands that occur with a living sand dune, views may vary)! The Pelican Park neighborhood location provides the ideal setting for rest and relaxation. The large sunroom is one of the best features of this home and provides a perfect place to relax with a book or enjoy morning coffee. This enclosed room is also the perfect spot for family games and puzzles no matter the weather outside. Other entertainment options available include 4 flat screen TVs with a 65 inch Smart TV in the living area (available for streaming movies and shows), a DVD player, as well as Wireless Internet Access. The unique floorplan includes a large brick fireplace in the great room as well as a spiral staircase to a loft.

There are 3 full bedrooms, each with a bath including a King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom with Futon, and Bunk Bedroom with 2 additional Twins. Located at milepost 20 in South Nags Head, Amazing Grace aka Looney Dunes is near the Pea Island Wildlife preserve, the Bodie Island Lighthouse, and the Oregon Inlet Fishing Center. You may also want to plan a day trip to Downtown Manteo, Hatteras Island, and even Ocracoke Island during your stay. This home welcomes up to 2 pets for an additional fee of $25 per day per pet ($175 minimum) plus tax. Pets shall be limited to (2) domestic, housebroken adult dogs (no puppies). Puppies are defined as dogs less than 18 months of age.
