Welcome to Topsail Reef 381 located in Building 8 within the oceanfront community of Topsail Reef. This condo is a newly renovated, comfortable, coastal themed third floor unit with two bedrooms and two baths. The Topsail Reef community boasts gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as two community laundry sites and two community grilling gazebos for easy access to all building guests. (Please note: there are NO elevators in this building)

• Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details.  
• Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.

Our vacation homes are not guaranteed to have consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).
