Welcome to "Sandy Paradise", a 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom oceanfront home on Topsail Island.
Sandy Paradise provides sleeping arrangements for up to 20 guests.This home comes equipped with a private pool, hot-tub, and an elevator for easy accessibility to the entire home.

LINENS:
- SILVER PACKAGE - Includes ALL bed linens, one bath set (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth) per occupancy, 1 kitchen towel set, & bath mats per full bathroom. Complimentary for ALL 7-night minimum reservations in 2023.
If Complimentary Linens are not applicable for your stay, you may bring your own linens, or we offer linens to rent for an additional fee. Please contact us to apply a linen rental to your reservation.
Pool is winterized and unavailable to guests approximately Mid-October to Mid-April.

Don't forget your linens! Unless otherwise indicated, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience.
Please note, our vacation homes do not have many of the consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Once you book your vacation, we'll provide you with a list of items that you may want to consider bringing with you on your vacation. The "What to Bring " list can also be viewed on our website under the Guest Services tab.
Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island? and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.
