The living room, dining area and kitchen open to each other to keep your group together and comfortable while you spread out and enjoy the amazing ocean views. The living room provides plenty of seating for your party sit back and relax. A flat screen television is provided for downtime from the beach along with wireless internet so you can share all of those vacation photos with friends back home. The ceiling fan will keep you cool and comfortable on warm summer days. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for mealtime and entertaining. The spacious kitchen offers plenty of storage to tuck away groceries and snacks. Bar seating can be found at the counter in addition to the separate dining table, so there is plenty of room for all of your guests to sit down and enjoy a meal together. Your direct oceanfront deck access is located here as well. Just step through the door from the living room and find yourself on the large open deck. Plenty of outdoor seating is provided for you to enjoy those Topsail sunsets over dinner and a drink. Your private access crosses over the dunes to have your toes in the sand in just seconds. An outdoor shower is provided on the walkover so you rinse off before heading back into the house. Back inside you'll find Piece of Mine's four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each bedroom is located in a corner of the house, giving your guests plenty of privacy and space. The two full bathrooms are located on either side of the house, nestled between the bedrooms, for easy and convenient access. You can't ask for much more when you spend a week at Piece of Mine! All of Topsail's amazing features are easily accessed from this home. Enjoy the sprawling beaches to work on your tan or grab a surfboard and head out into the waves. Many local business offer rentals for water recreation on both the ocean, and the sound. Find lessons along with boat charters and watercraft rentals to keep you occupied. Several restaurants and boutique shops can be found all along the island and visits to historic Wilmington and Jacksonville are just a short drive away.
