Your beach condo is located approximately 1.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island.   This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more!   Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

• The Surf Condo swimming pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes on Columbus Day weekend (dates subject to change depending on weather & HOA)
• Gate/laundry/pool keycard required with a credit card on file
• 1st floor unit - exclusive use of covered parking under the unit. Please note that Surf Condo units only provide parking for 2 vehicles
• Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the condo premises
• This unit will use the North Beach Access for Surf Condos  
• No Smoking - No smoking allowed by tenants on the premises
• No Pets - No pets allowed by tenants on the premises
• Linens (bed & bath) are NOT included but are available for an additional fee
