Your beach rental is located approximately 2.5 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge near the North Topsail Beach line. You'll be near the central part of Topsail Island which puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

• Dog Friendly! $200 Non-Refundable Fee per Dog - max number allowed is 2. Sorry, cats are not allowed.
• Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises.
• Sea Star Village rentals only provide parking for 3 vehicles.
• Sea Star Village pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to the last weekend in August. Dates are subject to change depending on weather & HOA.
• Easy beach access which features a wooden ramp (roll easy/no steps) which is great for taking supplies and small children down to the beach.
• This unit is close to the Surf City Line Taco Restaurant and Bar with an outside entertainment area. They often have local bands on Saturday afternoons or early evenings in the Summer.
• Linens (bed & bath) are included for all reservations 7 nights or longer
