Your beach rental is located approximately 1 mile south of the Surf City highrise bridge, near the S-turn in the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

• HOA provides two shared parking spaces that are allotted to this property and available on a first-come, first-served basis. These spaces are not guaranteed and may be occupied by other guests or residents.
• Important: Parking in any undesignated area will result in a $100 fine, strictly enforced by the HOA
