After a sun-soaked day at the beach (only a few minutes' walk away!), rinse off in the private outdoor shower and settle in for the evening.

Mid Level:  Enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon nap on the breezy screened-in porch. Inside, the open-concept living area and kitchen make it easy to stay connected with family and friends. Gather around the breakfast bar (seats 4) for meals, snacks, or just good conversation. Movie night? We've got you covered with a smart TV and DVD player. This level also features a full bathroom and a bright full  bedroom filled with natural light.

Top Level:  The top floor is all about relaxation. Wake up to breathtaking sunrise views from the private sun deck off the cozy primary bedroom with a queen bed + smart TV. A second upstairs bedroom with 2 twin beds is perfect for kids or extra guests, along with a shared full bathroom.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds, and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds, in which case, the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process, you will be asked to enter a credit card number; nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
