Sliding glass doors off the den lead to a wrap around deck and stairs leading down to the ground level.

On the third floor, an open floor plan offers views of the Atlantic Ocean from a spacious and inviting family room, a well-equipped gourmet kitchen with long center island, and 2 distinct dining areas that are a great gathering spot for meals and memories. Sliding glass doors off the family room and dining areas lead to decks on both the front and back of the house.
