This unit has its own private pool table, so there are plenty of choices for your evening fun!

This unit has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is a King Master Suite with its own private balcony access. The second bedroom features a Queen bed while the third bedroom boasts a Twin over Double bunk bed as well as a Twin bed with a Twin pullout. The second and third bedrooms share a full hall bathroom.

The Sanctuary offers 3 swimming pools, hot tub (off season), outdoor grills, clubhouse, exercise room, library, and onsite restaurant. Located next door is Little Island Park with its fishing pier, playground, kayak launch, tennis / pickleball and basketball courts, and lifeguarded beach (summer season) for swimming, surfing and paddle boarding. Bring or rent bikes or kayaks to explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge. × Notice: The hot tub is no longer available for use at The Sanctuary.
