On the main level with the living area, there is an en-suite bedroom with queen bed and shower bath, the king bedroom, and hall bath with full tub/shower. Take the circle staircase down to the lower level to find an additional living area with large tv, small frig, and door to the side yard and nearby enclosed outdoor shower. The bedroom on the ground level has a pyramid bunkbed (twin over double bed) and a tub/shower bath. For an additional sleeping area, there is a futon in the lower living area.Other amenities include a partially covered porch area, a wraparound sundeck, an enclosed garage, perfect for storing beach chairs, toys, etc., nearby beach access on a quiet street, and best of all, you can bring your pet.
