When you first arrive, you are greeted by a paved driveway that offers parking for 3 cars. Take the stairs on the side of the property up to the main door and use your keyless access code to get your vacation started. You enter on the bedroom level of this reverse floor plan property. The first bedroom offers a queen bed and access to the covered first-floor oceanfront deck. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, has a flat-screen TV, and offers access to the covered first-floor oceanfront deck. These bedrooms share a full bath with a shower tub combo that is conveniently located in the hall for easy access. The final bedroom is the Master Suite which offers a queen bed, Flat screen TV, and a Private full bath with a large Shower Stall. A full-sized washer and dryer are also located on this floor for your convenience.

Head up to the top floor where you will find the main living area. The fully equipped kitchen is just at the top of the stairs and is complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a square island with seating for 3 people. In the dining area, you have a beautiful solid wood table with chairs and bench seating for 6 people. The living room has vaulted ceilings and a decorative fireplace. Cozy up on the couch to watch a movie or look out at the beautiful views of the ocean. Step out onto the large spacious deck to breathe in that fresh ocean air or just relax on the comfy deck furniture. Enjoy amazing days soaking up the sun and gazing at the stars at night. Off the living room is a quiet sitting area that can easily be converted to a workspace for those who have to work while on vacation, but will want to enjoy amazing ocean views. Off the living room, you will find the final shared full bath with a walk-in shower.

This property offers direct beach access for guests off the oceanfront deck. When you have had enough fun in the sun you can use the Outdoor shower, with Hot and Cold water, to rinse the sand off before heading back inside.
