Ground Level: The landscaping at Sea Isle adds a touch of privacy and isolation to the property. Exterior amenities include a concrete parking area with direct exterior elevator access from the driveway to all levels, a fully gated private pool (14 x 34), hot tub, outside shower, picnic table, grilling area with gas grill and park-style charcoal grill and a shared sand path beach walkway. Inside you'll find elevator access to all levels, a rec room with a flat-screen TV, pool table, foosball table, 2 mini-refrigerators, pool deck access, and a handicap-friendly bathroom with 36" doorway for a clear width of 34.5", roll-under sink and shower with seat and heavy-duty grab bar.  King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and pool deck access. Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking:  During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an email to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
