Enjoy a relaxing vacation with a view of the ocean at “Knot Salty!” Located in North Topsail Beach, NC, this home comes equipped with an elevator and is a short walk away from the public beach access. 

Underneath the home, you will find covered parking, a private enclosed outdoor shower, fenced yard (great for the dogs!), and easy accessibility to the home via the private elevator. The main entrance to the interior stairwell is also located underneath the home. 

The first floor has three bedrooms: an oceanside king ensuite bedroom, a queen bedroom and a twin over full bunkbed room with a shared hallway bathroom. All three bedrooms have TVs and balcony access.

Continuing up to the next level is an open and inviting living room, dining and kitchen perfect for gathering and enjoying each other’s company! Step outside on the decks to enjoy the ocean view and breeze. 

Head upstairs to the top floor for the private king bedroom ensuite with sitting area, large bathroom, and beautiful ocean and sound views from your own personal decks.

• Accessibility: 3 Story Stilted Home with a Private Elevator (Ground to Top Floor)

• Guest Entry: This rental utilizes a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
• Please note: There are known recording devices on site for security purposes. 
• Smart TVs require guest logins to access subscription apps. Owner does not provide access details. 
• Please Note: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.

Beach Nourishment: Beach nourishment projects help preserve and protect Topsail Island’s shoreline. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. For the latest updates, we recommend checking the town websites for Topsail Beach, Surf City, or North Topsail Beach.
