swim trunks, boat, kayak and don't forget that cooler. Feeling tip'sea is a relaxing canal front property.
that you see yourself just hanging around with your favorite drink and soaking up that outdoors fresh
air.
Boat dock- access to public boat ramp is at the bridge. Can tie off boat at the property until departure.
Rates Include: Rent, Property Protection Plan and Booking Fee. Absolutely no events such as weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties etc... NO Smoking.
This home is Pet Friendly. Pet Fee of $300.00 per pet is NOT automatically included in the rental rates. If you are bringing a Pet please call our office to have the fee added. If planning on bringing additional pets, please contact the office.

**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels, and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive.
Enhanced Cleaning: We follow CDC cleaning guidelines and ensure all high touched areas have been wiped down with disinfectant spray.
Guest access: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!
Arrival and Departure:
Summer Check-ins begin at 4:00PM
Off season check-ins: begin at 3:00PM
Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 4:00 PM
Check out: Is before 10:00 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
