Pull into the driveway where you will find ample parking for up to 4 cars. The carport area provides a wet weather entry as well as access to the outdoor enclosed hot & cold shower and backyard area. This space is perfect for staying out of the sun during hot summer days, or enjoying the outdoors when the weather isn't cooperating. Use the keyless access pad on the front door to embark on your dream vacation. The large foyer leaves room for your beach gear so you can keep all that sand on the lower level. Sorry, but guests do not have access to the garage area.

Head up to the 2nd level of this reverse floor plan home to find 3 of the 4 bedrooms. First, to the right at the end of the hall, is the Master bedroom suite, complete with a King bed, flat screen TV, festive coastal decor, and access to the covered deck. This suite also offers a private bathroom with a double vanity sink and a spacious, luxury tiled shower. The little surfers of your crew will enjoy the 2nd bedroom on this floor that comes complete with two Bunk bed sets. The final bedroom down the hall offers a Queen bed and access to the covered deck as well. The Queen and Bunk rooms share a large full bathroom located in the hall. This bathroom also offers a double vanity sink as well as a tiled shower. Directly next to the stairwell in the hall, you will find the laundry room where guests have access to a full-size washer and dryer during their stay.

Once you head up to the living room level of this beautiful home, you will feel the bliss wash over you. The large living room offers a comfortable space for the whole family to gather and relax after a long day on the beach. Soak in the breathtaking views from the large pane windows throughout the room. The large, partially covered deck offers ample outdoor area where guests can enjoy the fresh ocean air from the comfort of their home. When you are ready to unwind for the day come back inside, grab the remote, and enjoy the large flat screen SmartTV with YouTube TV service. Please note: This property does not offer a traditional cable service but instead provides guests access to streaming channels through YouTube TV service. Guests are also welcome to log in to their own streaming services to stay up to date with their favorite shows and movies while on vacation. The dining area sits to the right of the living room and offers seating for 6 at the table as well as an additional 4 at the kitchen bar. The modern kitchen offers all of your basic cooking needs as well as brand-new stainless steel appliances. Whip up an afternoon snack or a local seafood feast while still enjoying some stunning Island views from the living room windows.

The final bedroom is located on the top floor and offers a Queen bed and access to the top-floor deck. The top floor full bathroom is tucked away in this room and shared by the bedroom and the living areas. Make your way back downstairs and head outside to enjoy the Private pool with the surrounding deck. Added in September 2022, this amazing amenity will be included seasonally with all rentals from May through September. After a long day at the beach, enjoy floating around in the pool or sitting in the shade poolside. An enclosed hot & cold outdoor shower is located just off the pool deck so you can rinse off before you head back inside.
