The popular reverse floorplan puts the living spaces on the 2nd floor, maximizing the beautiful views. There is plenty of space in the open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living areas. The modern kitchen comes with all the essentials, two dining tables that seat 12, plus there is room for 4 at the counter bar. With high ceilings and large oceanfront windows, the living area is bright and airy, with access to the oceanfront deck.

Your beach rental is located approximately .5 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our Island's past.
