The ocean views while dining, relaxing in the living room, or from the kitchen and bar area are sure to please everyone! Everyone will be entertained with a private pool with ample decking for relaxing. The poolside hot tub is a great spot to relax and unwind while watching the action in the pool. The walkway to the beach makes it easy to get there. Just inside the ground level rec room is a cool reprieve from the sun to play pool or relax and watch a move. You could relax on the mid level deck with a book or enjoy all the sun you can get on the beach, the pool or the top level deck with great ocean views. The kitchen has granite countertops and the convenience of a pantry so you can be well stocked all week! This kitchen is for family chefs. With a 5 burner stovetop, 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, you have everything you need…everyone will want to help! There are 3 gas fireplaces for ambiance during your off season stays and holidays.

“Ocean Paradise South” is at a great location. Within walking distance to Jennette's Pier, restaurants and groceries, you will never worry about running out of milk or mixers. The Outlet Mall is just minutes away, as well as Oregon Inlet and Pirate's Cove Marinas. Take a day trip to catch 2 lighthouses: Bodie Island Lighthouse is minutes away and the Cape Hatteras Light is just about an hour's drive. Make a trip just over the causeway to historic Roanoke Island for quaint shops and history at every turn.

Additional amenity details: 
Private Pools are open from May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026 and April 30, 2027 until October 15, 2027. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances.  An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 22, 2026 and September 6, 2026.


All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
