As you open the slider door and enter this modernized home, you will feel like you just stepped into a magazine. The open living room includes coastal contemporary furnishings, complete with a loveseat, an oversized chair, and a comfy memory foam Queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies with cable access on the flat-screen Smart TV. Easily access your Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services without ever leaving the couch! Hardwood floors add to the luxury of this space and ensure easy clean up in case of spills! There is even a desk for those work-a-holics in your party to set up and connect to the WiFi, while still enjoying the view from the front picture window. The kitchen will take your breath away with its modern look and classic charm. All of your basic cooking needs will be right at your fingertips. Pull out a cutting board and become a master chef while enjoying the stunning view of the ocean right in front of you.

Just down the hall, on the right, you will find the first bedroom, which offers a Queen bed and access to the shared full bathroom across the hall. At the end of the hall, you will find the Master Suite, complete with a queen bed and flat-screen TV to delight the heads of the family. The private master bath offers a beautiful stand-up tiled shower, a vanity sink, and a dual flush toilet.
