The private pool is surrounded by a fence to keep the kids and the family dog safe and sound all day! Finishes inside include quartz countertops, custom tile and backsplash in the kitchen and bathrooms, and stainless steel appliances. There is a top-level deck that includes sun space and a covered table/dining area. The ground-level area inside the fence offers a covered area with a porch swing and a yard with a pool and pool deck. This is where you will live! Imagine grilling by the pool, to enjoy dinner “al fresco” on the top deck. Everyone will enjoy the private pool…it may be hard to get the kids to the beach!

All bedrooms have Smart TVs. The covered carport on the ground level has a ping-pong table for everyone to enjoy. Walking to the beach is a breeze, with street access just one house down through to Sandfiddler Road, then over to the beach for easy access.  Ground-level separate living area with 2 twin beds can double as the fifth bedroom (top-level must go into Bedroom/Living Area to access laundry), Smart TV, Kitchenette with Sink, Beverage Cooler, and Microwave. This ground-level efficiency is accessible only from the carport.

Additional amenity details: 
Private Pools are open from May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025 and May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use.


All Sandbridge Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
