This semi-oceanfront charmer offers a spacious cathedral ceiling great room for you to stretch out in or enjoy the soothing beachy colors while you relax in the bedrooms. The screened porch is a great place to catch the ocean breeze or soak up some sun on any of the 3 sundecks, including a roof top crow's nest deck with breathtaking Atlantic and Back Bay views. The downstairs Game Room includes a ping pong table, game table, and Daybed with pullout twin. For some fun in the sun, a 16' x 32' pool has been added. Lounging by the pool and soaking up some rays makes for a perfect vacation! Also outside, you'll find horseshoes and a beach cart for carrying your coolers and chairs to the beach...easy direct access is just across the street. Six TVs throughout the home are included with a DVR in the great room. Reserve early.
