A Southern Charm is a 5-bedroom 3.5 bath beach home that has been wonderfully maintained. It is in Surf City on beautiful Topsail Island, within walking distance to local restaurants, fishing pier, entertainment, and shopping, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town.

From the oceanfront deck there is a private walkway that leads you directly out to the beach where you can enjoy the ocean any time of the day.A Southern Charmoffers all the comforts of home without being at home, so come and enjoy this spacious vacation rental home and put your feet in the sparkling white Topsail Island sand!

First level:Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 have queen beds, overlook the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and have access out to a covered deck. Bedroom 5 is a perfect place for the kids with its 2 sets of twin bunks. There are two full baths (fully renovated) on this level and a TV in each bedroom.

2023 -- New Sealy Hybrid mattresses installed in all king and queen bedrooms. All new bedding installed.

Second level: On this level you will be greeted with lots of open space, including an extremely well-equipped kitchen to provide you with everything you need to prepare a great meal or just order in and enjoy the best views on Topsail. All major appliances are stainless and include a French door refrigerator with filtered water dispenser inside, flat top range with oven including convection settings, dishwasher, and a built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a toaster oven, blender, Mr. Coffee, Keurig Coffee Machine, Goerge Foreman grill, and a gourmet quality knife block. There is also a small bar area complete with a bar size beverage fridge which is great for storing extra sodas or any of your specialty drinks. There is also a breakfast bar (seating 4) which separates the kitchen from the living room. The dining area has a table that seats 6 plus there is a bistro table for 2 in the kitchen. For your convenience there is a half bath just off the kitchen. There are ocean views from everywhere on this floor level. The bright openness of this area is the perfect way to stay connected with the family while cooking, relaxing or playing games.

Themaster bedroomwill also be found on this level just off the kitchen. The master is equipped with a king bed which overlooks the glistening ocean and has access out to the sun deck. For your added comfort and convenience there is a TV and a ceiling fan in this bedroom. The master bath has been completely renovated and has double vanities with all granite countertops, a whirlpool tub and a walk-in frameless glass shower.

Dogs (only) allowed with a $175.00 per dog, non-refundable fee, 2 Dogs maximum.

*For guests that are booking this property through Airbnb or Vrbo, you will be contacted after you book this property and required to sign an additional contract with the management company Coastline Realty in order to receive final confirmations.*

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID's will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-In Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.

For late arrival check-in you will need to call the officebefore noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo ID (name matching the reservation) to the office.

Maximum occupancy is 12 and check-in starts at 4pm.
