Living Area has gorgeous Ocean views, a Queen Sleep Sofa, and direct access to the private covered balcony.There is also a Flat Screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD Player in the Living Room. The bedroom has a Queen bed and private bath. Dining Area has seating for four, and additional seating for three at the Breakfast Bar. The Kitchen Area includes a Microwave and Dishwasher.

Additional Amenities: 2 Color Cable TVs, Blue-Ray DVD Player, CD Player, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Private Deck, Central Air/Heat.

Queens Court is an Oceanfront Condominium Complex within walking distance, not only to the ocean but to the water slide, miniature golf, restaurants, shopping, go-carts, arcades & more!

New Sport Court for tennis, badminton, pickleball, basketball, cornhole & putting green (facility only - equipment is not provided), outdoor swimming pool (pool typically open May 15 - October 15 9am - 9pm), Grilling Area, Oceanfront Gazebo with seating, Private Beach Access Walkway, and Outside Showers. Please Note: Fire pit and clubhouse are for owner use only.

Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes.
Golf Carts and boat/trailer parking are Not Permitted on Queens Court Grounds.

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nigthtly stays.

No Smoking.

No Pets.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.
