You'll find all of the comforts and amenities of home plus hygienic luxury flooring throughout (no carpets), and an oceanfront sun deck including a pergola that has a million-dollar view of the Atlantic Ocean! Your furry friend is welcome at this dog friendly home. This home was renovated from top to bottom, including all new bedding, furniture, electronics, cabinets, appliances, windows, doors, lighting and more! Come and see for yourself.
With easy one story living and convenient oceanfront access and views, this home is perfect for those in search of rest and relaxation! The sun filled living area has vaulted 15-foot ceilings in the comfortable living room and you'll enjoy a movie on the 65" HDTV (with 4k display on full articulating wall mount allowing direction to any location across the room) or just enjoy catching up with family. The dining table seats 8 and the modern kitchen contains a nice pub table with seating for 4 just five feet away. The family will enjoy preparing and sharing meals together as you gaze out at the ocean from a large south facing window.

Your beach rental is located approximately 2.8 miles south of the Surf City highrise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.
