Top Floor
The open-concept living area combines the kitchen, dining, and living spaces - 2014ideal for family gatherings. Relax with a big-screen TV for your favorite shows or ballgames. Off the living room, you'll find a King Master Suite with a private bath and direct deck access. Step outside to enjoy ocean views and sunrises with your morning coffee or a good book.

First Level
This floor offers three additional bedrooms:
Queen Oceanfront Bedroom with private bath
Twin Oceanfront Bedroom and Queen Oceanfront Bedroom, sharing a hallway bath

Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and has direct deck access, so you can enjoy ocean breezes and the soothing sound of waves.

Community Amenities
The Village of Stump Sound offers a boat ramp, tennis courts, and a community pool, all accessible with a private code. Parking is available for multiple vehicles, but trailers must fit under the carport. No campers allowed.
