Beautiful modernized kitchen with granite counters, breakfast bar, and tons of open counter space that your family cook will have a blast with! Open to the dining area which seats 12 and the living area with elevated ceilings and more comfortable furniture. While dinner is in the makings, let the kiddos enjoy some time up in the spacious loft equipped with pool and foosball table, complete with sofa and TV! 2 assigned parking spaces Short walking distance from the life-guarded beach and destined to make your vacation one you won't want to end. *There is an additional sleeper sofa located downstairs.*

Please note: EV Parking is NOT permitted inside the parking garage. There are also signs posted outside of the building where you are NOT permitted to park electric vehicles. This is due to it being too close to the building. Any additional parking without signs is fine to park at. However, this additional parking is limited.
