Inside, the luxurious feel greets you at the door with a gleaming porcelain tiled foyer. The house sparkles with crystal fixtures throughout. You'll move from there into the spacious den with its pool table, a large television, two wall cabinets filled with books and a comfortable seating area to enjoy it all. This den offers a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping accommodations. Proceed a little further and you will enter a secluded queen bedroom with gorgeous ensuite bathroom that features a large vanity and glass door shower. A short hallway off the den leads to a powder room, laundry room (high efficiency washer- please use HE detergent) and elevator.

Upstairs, you're greeted with that amazing view the minute you reach the top of the stairs. The spacious living room offers a 60" Smart TV and plenty of seating for the whole family. The south Oceanside corner features a seating area that's perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the panoramic view or sharing family stories. The north Oceanside corner features a table for cards or puzzles that takes full advantage of that amazing view. In the middle of this open living room you'll want to curl up on the two sofas, especially in front of the fireplace (available October through March) on a chilly evening.

The open kitchen offers a large island bar with seating on both sides to enjoy hors d'oeuvres and cocktails. It's also a great prep area for intimate family meals. The dining room features plenty of seating and two walls of windows to enjoy more of that gorgeous view. This level also features a luxurious King Master suite with a seating area and large TV as well as an ensuite bath with jetted tub and plenty of pampering space. The hallway on the other side of the kitchen leads you to a hall bath that is shared by another King bedroom and a bedroom with three twin beds.

Outside, you'll be treated to your own private swimming pool with a large deck for sunbathing. Private stairs allow easy access to the beach for a morning swim or hours spent riding the waves and searching for seashells. The house has very bright flood lights that light up the beach at night; perfect for searching for ghost crabs. Multi-level decking provides options for sun and shade as well as tables and chairs for eating or lounging.
