In 2023: The entire second floor has been fully renovated! The main kitchen has been transformed with updated cabinets, beautiful glass tile backsplash, and welcoming touches. New floor to ceiling picture windows and sliding glass doors open up the back of the house to the beautiful ocean views. The third floor family room now has an inviting floor to ceiling picture window and sliding glass door. The master bedroom has been beautifully painted, now has a king bed, and a brand new sliding glass door to the upper deck. Throughout the house, furnishings have been updated including new sofas, new chairs, updated bedding, and much much more!

In 2024: Updated upper deck with trex and vinyl railings (July 2024), new paint, additional lighting, and upgraded fixtures.
