The living room is open with lots of seating for enjoying a family movie or playing one of the board games provided. The kitchen is modern and bright with plenty of space for multiple cooks plus a large pantry for storing your groceries. The screened porch makes the perfect shady spot to enjoy the views and an ocean breeze.
The main level features 3 bedrooms - a king master with ensuite bath with shower, and two queen rooms that share a hall bath with tub/shower. The downstairs features two bedrooms - one with two double beds and one with a double and a twin that share a hall bath with shower.
Easy beach access means you can spend your mornings soaking up sun and surfing the waves and then head back to the house for a quick lunch before enjoying your afternoon building sandcastles and searching for those perfect seashells. Dinner can be a feast from the grill, enjoyed on the deck or screened porch with a family friendly game of corn hole after. Even Fido needs a vacation and your family dog is welcome here too.
This property is equipped with a high efficiency washer. HE (high efficiency) detergent should be used.

In October of 2021: New coastal bedding in master, upstairs bedrooms and one bedroom on lower floor, new flooring throughout upper level in great room and bedrooms, new coastal accent rug and custom wall-hanging in great room, increased lighting with addition of lamps in great room and some bedrooms, new carpet on stairs and landing area along with freshly painted grey accent walls, new artwork and beach accent rug in entryway, addition of several new outside deck pieces to complement the existing deck furniture
