The lower level features a den area with TV and sliding doors leading to another covered porch and the outdoor lounge. This area is a favorite spot for most guests with its shady space for playing ping pong and foosball or just relaxing after a day spent on the beach.

The main level of the house hosts four bedrooms - one queen master bedroom with deck access and oceanview and one king master, along with a queen bedroom and bunk room sharing a hall bath. Downstairs, are two bedrooms - a queen bedroom and bunk bedroom - which share the common bath.

After a day of fun on the beach, cool off in your own private swimming pool. The large pool deck allows plenty of lounging space and the glass fencing adds to the tropical feel with the sand and the sound of the waves hitting the shore. The hot tub is a raised, heated sitting pool (no jets) that's perfect for soaking your cares away or as a baby pool for smaller kids.
