Filled with upscale amenities, you'll love the open kitchen with its ceramic tile floor, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. For your comfort, the living, dining and bedroom areas are all carpeted.

The living room features beachy artwork and comfortable furnishings including a 48" Smart TV for streaming movies and a Bluetooth speaker for charging your phone and listening to music. The dining table comfortably seats the whole family and the breakfast bar is an easy snacking area for the kids.

The master bedroom features a king bed, 32" TV and private bath. Sliding doors lead to the balcony overlooking the pool area and offer a great space for relaxing with that "drink in your hand". The second bedroom offers a twin over double futon bunk with a pullout twin bed and is a great spot for the kids to call their own. There's also easy access to the hall bath.

The Sanctuary offers 3 swimming pools, hot tub (off season), clubhouse, exercise room and library. Located next door is Little Island Park with its Fishing Pier, Playground, Tennis and Basketball Courts, and lifeguarded beach (summer season) for swimming, surfing and paddle boarding. Bring or rent bikes or kayaks to explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge. × Notice: The hot tub is no longer available for use at The Sanctuary.
