The main level features an open Great Room area offering you a wall of windows to enjoy the views from multiple vantage points - relaxing in the living area, dining at the large table, snacking at the breakfast bar or cooking in the spacious galley kitchen. You'll love the southside sunroom with its high top table for dining and taking in the magnificent views plus a seating area for just enjoying some quiet moments with a good book - great for year round use.
The bedroom assortment is perfect for a large family including couples rooms with a King and a Queen Master Suite on the main level and two Queen Suites on the lower level. The three other bedrooms are well suited to adults or kids of all ages including a double over double bunk bed on the main level and a tri-level bunk with a queen and two double beds on the lower level.
Downstairs, you'll find amenities galore! The whole family will love the Theater Room featuring stadium seating for an unobstructed view while watching TV or movies on the 120" Projection Screen with attached blu-ray player and Roku. The nearby Recreation Room has access from outside and is home to a pool table, a table for card playing plus a sink. It also connects to the enclosed hot tub through a retractable garage door and another door connects it all to an Oceanside tiki bar. Enjoy a family game of corn hole in the sand or take the fun out front and practice your putting on the poolside green.
Spend your mornings on the beach playing in the sand and surfing the waves and then return to your personal retreat and spend your afternoons lazing away in your own private Swimming Pool. Cool off with a refreshing dip, play Marco Polo with the kids or just soak up some sun on the deck. When evening comes, everyone can enjoy a family meal outside with the poolside grill and picnic tables.
