The centralized living space and abundance of bedrooms provide the perfect balance between enjoying the company of family and friends and stealing away for private moments.
The large elevated pool is perfectly situated for hours of family fun while still being able to enjoy the gorgeous ocean and coastline views. Generous amounts of decking and outdoor furniture allow you to spread out or gather close for comfy conversation.
The bright and spacious central Great Room provides space for everyone to relax and enjoy the gorgeous views! The newly expanded kitchen offers stunning views of the oceanfront and loads of cabinet space. Perfect for entertaining, the spacious kitchen features gleaming and expansive granite countertops and much more.
Two third floor king suites offer amazing ocean views, private baths and access to a large private oceanfront deck. This level also offers a sitting room with ocean front views and pull-out sofa.
All bedrooms offer flat screen TVs and the second floor bedrooms have deck access allowing for private strolls on the beach. Recently remodeled bathrooms have granite countertops. The teenagers in the group will enjoy the privacy of the fun game room complete with pool table and outside access only. There’s even a pull out sofa for those late night billiards tournaments.
