You have three levels of indoor and outdoor gathering spaces with enough variety to create connection with loved ones and also provide ample room to spread out. Whatever you want, there is plenty to choose from.
A large, well equipped kitchen is centrally located on the second floor, adjacent to the dining area and a gathering spot. The upper level has great views outside to the ocean with a sitting area, a TV area, and a kitchenette with a full-size fridge and dishwasher.
The recreation room is well equipped with a 60 inch TV, a pool table, a foosball table, and an air hockey table. Close by is an ensuite king size bedroom, a full-size fridge, an extra full bathroom, and one of the two sets of washer and dryers in the house.
The four ensuite king size bedrooms on the third floor all have ocean views and direct access to outside decks and the screened in porch. The bedrooms on the second floor have full or partial ocean views, with most bedrooms also having direct access to the exterior decks.
After spending the day on the beach come home to relax in the hot tub on the lower deck or cool off in the pool, or just hang out on one of the many decks taking in the ocean breezes and relax.

In 2023: The first floor Rec Room has been fully renovated, with new LVT flooring, paint, and sofas. A new spacious king size bedroom with attached full bath is next to the rec room. The spa room has also been converted to a king bedroom and the spa is now located on the pool deck. Throughout the house, furnishings have been updated including new sofas and chairs and dining tables and chairs.
In 2024: Sandwolf's Den underwent an extensive renovation. All new exterior decks, a new kitchen that is designed to be wheelchair and mobility friendly, major bathroom remodels throughout including one bathroom with a roll-in wheelchair accessible shower and bedroom suite with great ocean views. New paint, LVT flooring, windows, doors, and exterior siding.
