Plus, there is plenty of space in the backyard for active family games and a convenient half bath poolside. A beautiful vaulted ceiling Great Room with comfortable furniture and decorative fireplace as well as a large Den/BR7, also with decorative fireplace, offer lots of room for unwinding and visiting. The spacious kitchen offers two dishwashers and a double oven plus it has plenty of room for multiple family chefs to create those culinary masterpieces. Master suites on both levels offer jetted tubs for the ultimate in relaxation! When you're not at the pool or on the deck, enjoy shooting a game of pool in the Den or one of the many books, videos or games provided. Garage not available for guest use. 20' X 20' Cement Basketball Court with spotlight for evening play and Volleyball Court for hours of family fun. Please note: Pools heated by a solar heat system typically have the potential for the water temperature to get 8-12 degrees warmer than an unheated pool. The maximum temperature is dependent on consistent warm, sunny weather during the day and a relatively small night-time temperature drop.
