From the gleaming hardwood floors to the ample natural light, the interior of A Summer Night's Dream is reflective of the dedication and attention to detail of the owners to your Sandbridge experience; classy and coastal décor adorns the entirety of the home and tasteful furnishings can be found in every room.

The main level of the property holds the great room, complete with a spacious and comfortable sectional and a large flatscreen TV. Adjacent to the great room is the gourmet kitchen. Well-equipped with cooking essentials and stainless-steel appliances, the chef of the family will be able to create delicious meals even while on vacation. The dining area features expansive windows and a view of the canal, making for picturesque dining experiences! Additional seating can be found at the kitchen bar. Three of the four bedrooms can be found on the main level; the King suite with its very own private bath and two Queen bedrooms with shared access to a full bath.

The lower level of the home offers the perfect spot for the kids to host a movie night of their own with two sets of twin-over-double bunks in the fourth bedroom. There is a full bathroom and a half bathroom located on the lower level, conveniently located near the access to the backyard and pool area. One garage has guest storage available and is home to the ping pong table. Open the garage door and the poolside door to take advantage of a breeze. The other garage is not for guest use.

The exterior of the home is a tranquil oasis. On the main level, the back deck overlooks the backyard and the canal. End your days in the glow of a Sandbridge sunset:there is even a hot tub on the deck to help you unwind! Use the private dock for launching your kayaks and paddleboards or for casting a line or two! A Summer Night's Dream sits along one of Back Bay's canals, giving guests the incredible opportunity to start your Back Bay exploration from your very own property. If you need a break from paddling, hang out in the hammock strung up between the trees and cool off in the shade. The private pool is absolutely beautiful and poolside lounge chairs are provided for ultimate relaxation.

The large yard has plenty of space for Fido to roam and the family can enjoy a game of corn hole.
