The gourmet kitchen is well-equipped with gleaming countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a well-stocked kitchen to make creating meals with your family as easy as possible. Enjoy your meals at the kitchen bar, the dining room table, or the private balconyâ€"there is no shortage of seating!

Adjacent to the kitchen is the living area. Serving as the entertainment hub of Sanctuary Sunsets, this room offers a large flatscreen, smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, and an abundance of chairs and sofa space for the whole family to gather around. The west-facing windows allow for plenty of natural light and bay views from the comfort of the cozy sectional sofa. Head out to the private balcony from the sliding glass doors to sip an evening cocktail while admiring the stunning vista of Back Bay and the wildlife refuge.

The lucky guests staying in the main suite will enjoy having a beautiful private bathroom, a luxurious King-sized bed, smart TV, and waking up to views of the serenity of Back Bay through additional west-facing windows. The Queen bedroom is tastefully furnished with a comfortable Queen-sized bed and its own smart TV, and shares a conveniently located hall bath with the third bedroom, with 2 twin over twin bunk beds. high efficiency washer provided - please use HE detergent.

The Sanctuary offers 3 swimming pools, hot tub (off season), outdoor grills, clubhouse, exercise room, library, and onsite restaurant. Located next door is Little Island Park with its fishing pier, playground, kayak launch, tennis and basketball courts, and lifeguarded beach (summer season) for swimming, surfing, and paddle boarding.
