Poseidon's Perch is a two-story, 6-bedroom property with a third story lookout offering amazing ocean views. The second floor features a spacious kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, gorgeous countertops and counter seating. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, complete with a large dining table and seating for the whole family.

A few feet away is the great room, which is the perfect spot to have a movie night with the giant 70-inch flatscreen TV. Cozy up on the comfy den furniture next to the gas fireplace and unwind after a fantastic day at the beach. Two king bedrooms can be found on the second floor, each with its own private bathroom. Next, head up the spiral staircase to reach the third-floor lookout. This perch is an absolutely incredible place to hang out and admire the beauty of Sandbridge.

The four remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor: one King bedroom, one Queen bedroom, one bedroom with a set of twin beds, and the last with a set of bunk beds. Each of the bedrooms has its own flatscreen TV. This level also offers an additional den with a flatscreen TV, and a separate game room with a flatscreen TV, pool table, and card table. Both lower-level bathrooms are easily accessible for the bedrooms, game room, and pool area - one bath even has an exterior door for easy pool access.

The exterior of Poseidon's Perch is a little slice of beachside heaven.
