Seas the Memories is a delightfully decorated two bedroom, two bath west facing condo offering you spectacular sunset views and the tranquility of Back Bay.

The comfortably furnished living room in this open floor plan offers a wall of windows to let in the sun by day and the vibrant sunsets at night. Evenings can be spent watching a family movie on the 65" Smart TV or playing a game together on the coffee table. An electric fireplace adds ambiance to the unit. Enjoy a nightcap on your private balcony and a front row seat to the sun slowly slipping below the horizon.

The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream with its granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining table offers plenty of room to sit together for meals or share a game of cards or a puzzle during family time.

The king bedroom features a private bath as well as access to the balcony. The second bedroom provides sleeping options with a double bed and twin daybed with trundle converting to a king, and has easy access to the hall bath. A dryer and high efficiency washer are provided - please use HE detergent.

The Sanctuary offers 3 swimming pools, hot tub (off season), outdoor grills, clubhouse, exercise room, library and onsite restaurant. Located next door is Little Island Park with its fishing pier, playground, kayak launch, tennis and basketball courts, and lifeguarded beach (summer season) for swimming, surfing and paddle boarding. Bring or rent bikes or kayaks to explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge.
