Kern, formerly known as Life Is Good, is a charming oceanfront corner condo with amazing Atlantic views. Fall asleep listening to the waves rolling onto the shore and wake in the morning to gorgeous sunrises - no two will be exactly the same.
Comfortable furnishings and beachy décor set the tone for a relaxing vacation. The wraparound oceanside balcony offers a front row seat to catch the dolphins swimming by or just relax with a cool beverage at the end of the day.
The living room offers a relaxing spot for the family to gather for a family friendly movie and the dining table is perfect for sharing family meals and game time afterwards. The kitchen has "miles" of granite countertops to allow plenty of room for meal prep and a breakfast bar for quick snacks or meals.
The king bedroom has its own access to the balcony so you can enjoy the canopy of stars overhead at night and the en suite bath features a jetted tub for even more relaxation. Two additional bedrooms share a common hall bath.
Outside, beach access is right across the street so you can be at the water's edge in minutes. Spend the day surfing the waves and building sandcastles. After your day of fun in the sun is done, cool off in the sparkling water at the Dunes community pool:and tomorrow, you can do it all again.
