This lovely beach home, on the quieter north end of Sandbridge, offers comfortable furnishings and relaxing style for your vacation. Conch Out features easy beach access, an outdoor pool, a hot tub and more!

The middle level of the home has the living room with its 65" Smart TV for streaming and fireplace (available from October through April), the kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances and two dining tables plus bar seating so there's plenty of room to feed the family. This level also features the King master bedroom and a common half bath.

The top level features 3 bedrooms, two with queens and one with bunk beds for the kids. There are also two full hall baths for these rooms to share and the laundry room with its high efficiency washer - please use HE detergent. TVs are located in all bedrooms plus the living spaces.

The lower level features a separate entrance to the converted garage/rec room with pool and foosball tables and a dartboard. The closet in this room holds two bikes and outdoor corn hole boards for your enjoyment.

Outside, your resort-style backyard awaits with a private pool, covered outdoor lounge and a poolside cabana with bar, TV, sink and full size refrigerator. A poolside full bath has been added for your convenience. The sunken hot tub is built into the deck above and has fence rails around it for privacy.
