This glorious mansion, Grandview South, is well named and will be the highlight of your beach vacation. Tons of windows let in the sunshine and those "grand" views!

The lower level features a recreation room with TV, chairs and bar seating, a pool table and kitchenette with full size refrigerator for drinks and easy snacking poolside. Four bedrooms and the laundry room complete this floor including 3 suites with private baths.

The middle level features the main living space and an open floor plan with plenty of room to relax, cook, dine and play family games or put puzzles together. Watch family movies on the large TV in the living room. The whole family can dine together with multiple tables for seating plus stools at the breakfast bar. The huge kitchen features spacious granite countertops, a large island and two refrigerators, two dishwashers and two microwaves to make cooking and cleaning up an easier chore. An oceanside deck for soaking up the sun, two bedrooms with private baths (one including a jetted tub and one with a soaker tub), and a common area half bath complete this floor.

The top floor offers views of both the ocean and the bay, a foosball table and a king suite. A bunk room and a room with two twins share a bath.

Gated access to the beach has you sitting on the sand in no time. Enjoy surfing the waves, lounging in the sun or building sandcastles. When your day of fun in the sun on the beach is done, the footbath at the gate allows a quick rinse so the sand stays:mostly:on the beach - then take advantage of the nearby outside shower to take care of the rest. You can enjoy a cooling swim by day and the relaxing heat of the hot tub under the stars at night. The cabana bar offers seating to enjoy your favorite beverage or pull a lounger under the upper deck for a shaded spot to watch the kids play in the pool.
