Inside, the second floor living area features a comfortable living room with lots of windows to enjoy the view, as well as an open kitchen and dining area so the whole family can be together. This level also features one master bedroom with private bath plus two bedrooms that share a hall bath with the common areas. The screened porch may be your favorite spot to take advantage of the ocean view in shady comfort with an ocean breeze to keep you cool.

The downstairs offers an additional living space that the kids will want to call their own. This den features a seating area with TV, a mini-kitchen with refrigerator and sink, plus a ping pong table for some indoor family fun. This sleeping areas on this level are the same as the upper level with a master bedroom with private bath and two additional bedrooms that share a hall bath with the den. The second refrigerator and the laundry area are also on this level. Inside access between floors via spiral staircase. Outside access is also provided.
