The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances and everything else you will need during your stay.

The King Master Suite features bright windows and soothing colors to relax at the end of the day. The second bedroom features a queen bed while the third features two twin beds - perfect for the family that is looking for a relaxing getaway. The Living Room features a Roku so you never have to miss your favorite shows after a long day soaking up the sun! There is also a storage unit located in the parking garage, so don't forget to pack all your favorite beach toys!

The Sanctuary offers 3 swimming pools, hot tub (off season), outdoor grills, clubhouse, exercise room, library, and onsite restaurant. Located next door is Little Island Park with its fishing pier, playground, kayak launch, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, and lifeguarded beach (summer season) for swimming, surfing and paddle boarding. Bring or rent bikes or kayaks to explore the beauty of Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge. × Notice: The hot tub is no longer available for use at The Sanctuary.
