The first floor offers a den with a Smart TV, three bedrooms and two common baths. This level also features a climate controlled converted garage Game Room with a Pool Table, Ping Pong Table and Foosball Table. This is the perfect hangout spot for the kids or a room the whole family can enjoy.

The second floor is the main living level with an open living room featuring a sectional sofa for lounging or taking in those beautiful sunsets. The bayside table and chairs offers additional dining space or a place to play family games and puzzles. There's also a Smart TV for family movie night. The gorgeous new kitchen has new appliances, an island for meal prep and additional seating at the bar. The nearby dining table will easily hold the rest of the family. This level also features three bedrooms - two king suites- plus a queen bunk room and a common bath.

Spend your mornings on the beach, building sandcastles, diving in the waves or fishing. In the afternoon you can head back to the house where your oasis awaits with your own private swimming pool. Swim some laps, play Marco Polo with the kids or just lounge in the sun. When evening arrives, spend it relaxing in the hot tub under the stars.
