The main-level open floorplan provides sightlines right to the beach from bedroom 1 (king bed) and 2 (queen bed), living room, kitchen, and dining room. Enjoy family movie nights on the large, 9+ seat couch with Roku TV. Meals are a breeze to prepare in the open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, triple-clad stainless-steel cookware, and an acacia wood island. The expanded dining room is open to the kitchen, seats 14 at the table and has tons of natural light, views and easy access to the back deck with stairs down to the pool and grill. Both main-level bathrooms were completely renovated in 2023. Bedroom 3 features a king bed and sliding glass doors to the composite deck overlooking the pool. Bedroom 4 has two sets of twin bunk beds, dimmable light, and kids books and games.
The lower level features two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, the Recreation Room and second lounge area with a sofa, large TV, and kitchenette. The air-conditioned and heated Recreation Room is accessible from the house or from the pool and includes a Pool Table, Ping Pong Table and Foosball Table. It also features a half bath and a second full-sized refrigerator for extra food and drinks.
Outside, you'll find two composite dining sets and lounge furniture on the front deck and composite Adirondack chairs on the back deck. Down by the pool you'll find a spacious covered area with two ceiling fans, gas grill, and picnic tables for family meals and relaxing in the shade, while your sun-lovers enjoy the enlarged patio for corn hole or just relaxing in the lounge chairs with a good book. The outdoor shower offers hot and cold water, and a separate lower spray for feet, toys, and pets.
In 2024: new windows and siding and an improved patio and covered poolside area, a new lounge area with sofa downstairs, and updates to the ocean front bedrooms 1 and 2.
